In Entwined we got to see a very different side to him as we learnt more of his past and in my opinion this book became Gideon’s story, we begin to learn and understand why he‘s the man he is though I’m guessing there is still more to come. “Honestly, Gideon Cross had been designed to fuck a woman right out of her mind.” He’s always been the enigma, the guarded, controlling and possessive alpha male who’s passionate yet ‘secrecy personified’. I was reminded why I fell in love and lust with him the minute I met him in ‘Bared to You’ back in April last year.

Send a direct message to Ms.Day and her publishing company that their greed and goal to drag out the series in order to make more $$$, has NOT been lost on the readers. Word to the wise: PASS IT ON or borrow it from the library, if you are so curious to find out what happens next (which really is nothing much, BTW). I am so very disappointed that I would like a REFUND for the time, money and effort spent devoting my energy to this series altogether. I know that I was so put off and disgusted with this third novel that I have no intention of continuing on with this series perhaps with Ms. Day not imagine a more eloquent way to describe the tragic love affair between these two tormented individuals? Imagination goes a long way in captivating and satisfying the readers both of which were lost in this third installment. I found myself eventually being very turned off by the vulgarity of the language used to describe certain anatomical parts of the human body particularly the ones used for Eva's private parts. The sex scenes were great and at times powerful, but they seemed to be the only thing holding the flimsy plot together. Dragging the series out in 5 novels is clearly ridiculous and pointless, and the readers will see this after reading Entwined With You.

Day felt the need to create this series to include 5 novels we will never know, perhaps it was to continue to bring attention to her during all the Fifty Shades hype and movie deal. We all know that Ms.Day jumped on the Fifty Shades bandwagon with this series (hello Gideon Cross? His initials are GC, which is backwards for Christian Grey-please we all see through that one!). Day, which one of these was your motivation to have readers wait once again to find out what happens to Eva and Gideon, only to read this pointless piece of work and realize your true motivation in creating the series in the first place? I anxiously waited several months to read this third novel in Sylvia Day's Crossfire Series, and I was so COMPLETELY disappointed after reading it, that I doubted my reasons to even start this series in the first place.
